We accept returns and offer refunds (excluding shipping) for undamaged or unused items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning their items.

For limited edition items, replacements due to shipping damage may not be possible. In such cases, we will issue store credit.

Shipping is non-refundable and will not be refunded in a return/refund.

Any custom orders (including Custom Ski Signs or Custom Finger-Ski/Snowboard topsheets) are not eligible for refunds.
